Terms of Service

Before Purchasing any of our items you must agree to the below Terms of Service

1. The reselling or Redistributing of any Vehicle or Item provided or made by LUX OFFICIAL is forbidden.

2. “Ripping” or Attempting to unlock any models/items that are bought is forbidden.

3. All models from LUX OFFICIAL are sold locked unless discussed otherwise. If there is any need to have our models unlocked create a ticket.

4. Claiming ownership to any of LUX OFFICIAL’ items is forbidden. An example of this is posting a image stating its yours, if its not.

5. Items sold/made by LUX OFFICIAL are able to be used for your personal use. If you bought a model for personal use and want to use it in a RP group please create a ticket and make us aware first.

6. All sales are final. There are no refunds of any model. PayPal says in their T&C’s that digital goods are non-refundable. Trying to issue a unjustified refund will get you blacklisted from LUX OFFICIAL, and your name shared to other modding communities.

7. By Purchasing any items from LUX OFFICIAL you agree that said items could be listed publicly for anyone else to purchase. In some cases the listing could be listed cheaper than what you have purchased it for.. this is because you enabled the listing to happen and have purchased the parts needed for the item.

Breaching any of the above Terms of Service’s will VOID your contract with us here at LUX OFFICIAL pending review, this means you are to stop using our item. You will NOT get a refund. As stated all our items are Non-Refundable.

Failure to stop using our item if contract is terminated will result in your blacklist and your name shared to other modding communities
